“Food safety involves everybody in the food chain.”
-Mike Johanns
Food safety is something no one considers important until a loved one (or themselves) get sick from eating something that was not cooked properly. Food safety is everyone’s responsible because anyone who handles food is accountable for the food’s safety in order to protect human life. The purpose of this blog is to identify key factors in keeping food safe.
